At Verset United Kingdom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
